As the 2026 Chinese Spring Festival (Lunar New Year) approaches, we would like to extend our warmest greetings and heartfelt thanks for your continued support. To celebrate this traditional festival, our factories and service teams will be on holiday.
Please refer to the following schedule to plan your orders accordingly:
1. AIVON Factory Holiday Schedule
- PCB Factory: February 12th – February 21st, 2026
- PCBA Factory: February 13th – February 23rd, 2026
- Note: Production will resume in chronological order once the holiday ends.
2. Logistics & Shipping
There will be no logistics pickup or shipping services during the factory holiday periods mentioned above.
3. Online Support & Customer Service
While our production lines are resting, our website remains open for orders. Our team will be available via LiveChat and Email to assist you:
- Live Chat Support Availability: Feb 9th - 13th, Feb 19th - 20th, and Feb 23rd.
- Service Hours: 10:00 - 22:00 (GMT+8 / Beijing Time).
- Email Support: We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during the holiday.
4.Important Reminders
You can place orders normally on our website during the holiday.
All orders will be queued and scheduled for production immediately once the factories resume operations.
To avoid any potential delays in your projects, we kindly recommend placing your orders as early as possible before the holiday starts.
