3. Orders and Production
- By placing an order through AIVON, you confirm that all provided design files, specifications, and information are accurate and do not infringe on any third-party rights.
- All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, or suspected illegal use.
- Once production begins, orders generally cannot be canceled or modified.
- You are responsible for reviewing all details (such as quantity, material, layer count, board thickness, finish, etc.) before confirming the order.
4. Payment and Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept various payment methods through third-party payment processors. By using these services, you agree to their terms and policies.
- AIVON reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing or quotations, even after an order is placed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Production or shipping delays may occur due to technical issues, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in your country.
6. Design Files and Intellectual Property
- You retain all intellectual property rights to the design files and materials you provide to us.
- By submitting your design files to AIVON, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and reproduce the files solely for the purpose of manufacturing and delivering your order.
- You represent and warrant that your files do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for any legal claims arising from the designs you submit.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to use AIVON's services for the following:
- Uploading or manufacturing items that violate laws or third-party rights (e.g., copyrighted materials, patented designs, trade secrets, or illegal devices).
- Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with our systems.
We reserve the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, and take legal action if we determine that our services are being misused.
8. Limitation of Liability
- AIVON's services and products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, quality, reliability, or suitability of the services or products.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIVON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- In no event shall AIVON's total liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Warranties and Returns
- AIVON inspects all manufactured products before shipping. However, due to the nature of PCB manufacturing, slight variations may occur.
- If you believe your product is defective due to manufacturing errors, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (at our sole discretion) for confirmed defective products.
10. Intellectual Property of AIVON
- All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and trademarks — is owned or licensed by AIVON and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the website without our prior written consent.
11. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
- Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will cease immediately.
