AIVON Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing AIVON. We are committed to providing high-quality PCB manufacturing services. Because every PCB order is custom-made according to your specifications, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness, product quality, and a smooth customer experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:

  1. Manufacturing Defects:
    • The delivered product differs significantly from the approved specifications due to AIVON's production errors (e.g., incorrect board thickness, wrong layer count, misalignment, etc.).
    • The product is damaged or unusable as a direct result of AIVON's fault.
  2. Order Not Produced:
    • If your order has not yet entered production, you may request a full refund.
  3. Order Canceled by AIVON:
    • In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an order (e.g., material shortage, technical limitations), we will issue a full refund.

If you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing error, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email service@aivon.com within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the product, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Evaluation: Our technical team will review your case and determine whether the issue qualifies for a refund, replacement, or other solution.
  4. Resolution: If confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
    • Reproduction: A replacement order will be produced free of charge.
    • Partial Refund: A proportional refund for affected items.
    • Full Refund: In rare cases where replacement is not feasible.
