AIVON Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for choosing AIVON. We are committed to providing high-quality PCB manufacturing services. Because every PCB order is custom-made according to your specifications, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness, product quality, and a smooth customer experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. General Policy
- All PCBs and related products manufactured by AIVON are custom-made based on the design files and specifications provided by the customer.
- Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded unless the product is proven to be defective due to AIVON's manufacturing errors.
- By placing an order, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be canceled only before production begins.
- If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at service@aivon.com with your order number.
- If production has already started, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and the order will proceed as scheduled.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:

Manufacturing Defects:
- The delivered product differs significantly from the approved specifications due to AIVON's production errors (e.g., incorrect board thickness, wrong layer count, misalignment, etc.).
- The product is damaged or unusable as a direct result of AIVON's fault.

Order Not Produced:
- If your order has not yet entered production, you may request a full refund.

Order Canceled by AIVON:
- In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an order (e.g., material shortage, technical limitations), we will issue a full refund.
⚠️ Not Eligible for Refund:
Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete Gerber files or design data provided by the customer.
- Errors in specifications submitted during order placement.
- Functional or performance issues resulting from customer design flaws.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events beyond AIVON's control.
4. Return Policy
- Because PCBs are custom-manufactured, we typically do not accept product returns.
- If a return is necessary due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging and documentation included.
- Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
5. Quality Issue Reporting Procedure
If you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing error, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email service@aivon.com within 2 days of delivery.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the product, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Evaluation: Our technical team will review your case and determine whether the issue qualifies for a refund, replacement, or other solution.

Resolution: If confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
- Reproduction: A replacement order will be produced free of charge.
- Partial Refund: A proportional refund for affected items.
- Full Refund: In rare cases where replacement is not feasible.
6. Shipping & Return Costs
- If a return is approved, AIVON will provide instructions for shipping the product back.
- In cases of confirmed manufacturing errors, AIVON will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to reasons not related to AIVON's error, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete data provided by the customer.
- Items damaged during transit due to carrier mishandling (claims must be filed directly with the carrier).
- Products altered or modified by the customer after delivery.
- Any order submitted for prototyping or testing where defects are expected as part of the process.
8. Refund Processing Time
- Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
