To place a PCB assembly order at AIVON, follow these steps:
1. Submit Your PCB Order (with Assembly Option)
● Click “PCB Quote” and choose your board type (Advanced PCB, Aluminum PCB, Flexible PCB, or Rigid-Flex Board, etc).
● Upload your Gerber files, enter key parameters such as quantity, solder mask color, and surface finish.
● Click “Quote Now.”
● Select the shipping country, and delivery option, then click “Add to Cart.”
2. Create the Assembly Order
● Go to the PCBA Service section and configure your assembly parameters.
● If your project requires panelization, enter the panel dimensions and add the order to your cart.
● In your cart, upload both the PNP file and BOM file.
3. Wait for Your Final Quotation
● Once the PCB order is confirmed, upload your Gerber and BOM files on the PCBA page if not already provided.
● Within 1–2 working days, your dedicated AIVON engineer will review your files and send a detailed quotation email that includes all component prices and assembly costs.
