How to file a complaint with orders?

To file a complaint regarding your order with AIVON, please follow the steps below:


1. Submit a Complaint Through the Website

  • Once your order has been completed and shipped, go to the Order Center.

  • Locate the “Complaint” button in the status section of the relevant order.

  • Click the button, upload photos that show the issue, and provide a clear and detailed description of the problem.

  • Submit your complaint — our team will review it promptly and contact you with a reasonable and effective solution.


2. Contact Your Sales Representative Directly

  • You can also email your AIVON sales representative, attaching photos of the defective items along with a brief description of the issue.

  • Your dedicated representative will initiate the formal complaint process, verify the problem, and ensure you receive a swift and fair resolution.

  • Depending on the situation, compensation may include remaking and reshipping the boards, or providing partial monetary compensation.
