Manufacturing Summary

This order comprised 50 single-layer FR4 panel PCBs measuring 25 x 10 mm with 1.6 mm thickness and 1 oz copper weight. The design used conventional 6/6 mil track and spacing together with 0.3 mm minimum holes, green solder mask, white silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free surface finish. No impedance control was required. Production followed a custom stackup configuration that suited the panel layout, allowing multiple small boards to be fabricated together in a single 1.5-day run.

After engineering review and material preparation, circuit imaging and etching defined the traces on the base laminate. Solder mask application preceded molten solder coating and hot air leveling to deposit a consistent HASL Lead Free layer across all panels. Electrical testing then verified continuity on every net, confirming the panels met the specified electrical requirements without deviation.

The completed panels delivered uniform coating thickness, clean hole walls, and stable copper adhesion suited to standard assembly processes. For this straightforward single-layer specification, the chosen methods produced reliable boards that support consistent performance in the intended application.
