Manufacturing Summary

This order comprised 250 units of standard 4-layer FR4 PCBs arranged across multiple panels. Boards measured 120mm x 90mm with 1.6mm thickness and 1oz copper. The 5/5 mil minimum track and spacing represented tighter geometry, guiding our approach to the imaging and etching processes for clean, accurate circuit definition.

We conducted engineering review and material preparation before proceeding to inner layer imaging, circuit etching, layer alignment, and high pressure lamination. Solder mask was applied prior to the molten solder coating and hot air leveling that created the HASL Lead Free finish. This sequence required balanced parameters to maintain pad definition and surface evenness.

All panels then passed electrical testing, completing the production in 3.8 days. The run yielded consistent results that align with the specifications for reliable end-use performance.
