The process sequence included circuit imaging and etching, coverlay lamination, solder mask application, electroless nickel deposition, and immersion gold deposition. Dynamic flex testing validated bending endurance under the intended conditions, followed by full electrical testing that confirmed net integrity across all 25 boards. The order was completed in 8.5 days with consistent dimensional and electrical results.
