Measure each winding separately, for example the low-voltage winding terminals and the high-voltage winding terminals.   3. Test setup: According to the tester's instructions, select the appropriate measurement mode and range. Ensure the chosen range covers the expected resistance values of the transformer windings.
  4. Perform the measurement: Turn the tester on and initiate the measurement. The tester applies a small DC current to the winding and measures the DC resistance.
  5. Record results: After the measurement, record the DC resistance. Measure and record each winding in turn.
