Technical Details
Yangtze Memory states that QLC flash performance and endurance have been progressively optimized, enabling QLC-based SSDs to enter the retail market. The Ti600 is positioned for users who need high-capacity, high-performance storage for business use, personal entertainment, productivity workloads, and gaming consoles such as the PS5.
Features
Performance
The drive supports PCIe 4.0 and NVMe 2.0. Its DL bufferless design aims to approach the interface's maximum throughput, enabling sequential read speeds of up to 7000 MB/s.
Xtacking 3.0
Based on Xtacking 3.0, the Ti600 leverages a per-die interface speed of 2400 MT/s to improve overall product performance, density, and endurance.
Capacity Options
The Ti600 uses the manufacturer's newest generation of NAND and is offered in 500 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB capacities.
Compatibility
The drive uses an M.2 2280 single-sided PCB design and is compatible with Gen4 systems and most Gen3 systems, making it suitable for many laptops, desktops, and PS5 installations.
Cache and HMB
The Ti600 employs HMB and an SLC cache to accelerate typical read/write tasks across business, entertainment, and productivity scenarios.
Management Software
Zhitai Smart Tool management software supports firmware updates and provides real-time information on drive status, health, and temperature.
