Manufacturing Summary

This order consisted of five 4-layer flexible boards, each measuring 118.3 x 14.9 mm with a total thickness of 0.2 mm. Manufactured using 1/2 oz rolled copper and 3/3 mil trace spacing, the boards feature black soldermask, white silkscreen, steel sheet stiffeners, and immersion gold ENIG surface finish. Stackup impedance engineering ensured the design met its electrical parameters, followed by inner layer imaging, high pressure lamination, and coverlay processing. We performed TDR impedance testing and dynamic flex testing on the finished units to validate both signal integrity and mechanical endurance under bending stress.

 

Produced as single PCBs over a period of 12.3 days, the batch achieved full compliance with the specified tight geometries and layer alignments. This impedance controlled flexible PCB production reflects precise execution tailored to the narrow board profile and low quantity.
