For this specific order, we produced 150 panels of standard 4-layer FR4 PCB with HASL Lead Free finish. The individual boards measured 140mm by 90mm with a finished thickness of 1.6mm and 1oz outer copper weight. Minimum trace width and spacing of 6 mil together with a 0.35mm smallest hole size placed the design in conventional manufacturing ranges, allowing standard process parameters while still requiring careful registration across the four layers.

Production began with engineering review and material preparation to confirm material stability, followed by circuit imaging and etching to define the inner and outer layers. Solder mask was applied prior to molten solder coating and hot air leveling, which delivered a flat, uniform lead-free surface suitable for reliable through-hole and SMT assembly. Every board then completed electrical testing with zero failures recorded.

The full run finished in 1.3 days while maintaining consistent thickness, copper distribution, and surface quality across all panels. This execution sequence ensured the delivered standard 4-layer FR4 PCBs with HASL Lead Free will perform predictably during the customer’s assembly and field operation.
