This production run involved 60 pieces of single-layer panel PCBs on FR4 material, each measuring 72 by 200 millimeters at 1.6 mm thickness with 1 oz copper. The design called for standard 6/6 mil track spacing and holes no smaller than 0.3 mm, enabling efficient processing through circuit imaging, etching, and drilling stages. Material preparation and panel layout review ensured the single-sided boards maintained dimensional stability throughout the 1.5-day manufacturing cycle.

A blue soldermask was applied followed by yellow silkscreen markings, selected for their strong visual contrast and legibility on the finished boards. We executed the HASL Lead Free surface finish using molten solder coating and hot air leveling, producing an even, solderable surface across all panels without bridging or thinning at the edges.

Electrical testing verified continuity and isolation on every panel before release. The order was completed on schedule with consistent results, confirming dependable execution for these standard-specification single layer FR4 PCBs with custom blue and yellow coloring.
