This manufacturing run involved five large single-sided FR4 PCBs, each measuring 370 x 370 mm with a 1.6 mm thickness. Given the board size, careful material preparation and fixturing were essential during circuit imaging, etching, and subsequent processes to maintain registration accuracy. The 1 oz copper and 6/6 mil minimum track and spacing followed standard specifications, supporting efficient production of these sizable single-layer boards.
White soldermask paired with black silkscreen provided clear contrast, after which we applied lead-free HASL surface finish using molten solder coating and hot air leveling. Particular attention ensured even solder coverage across the expansive copper areas on every board. Following completion, full electrical testing verified continuity and isolation on all five units.
