This order consisted of five single-sided 1-layer FR4 PCBs measuring 52.07 × 64.77 mm with standard 1.6 mm thickness and 1 oz copper weight. The design called for 10/10 mil minimum track and spacing together with 0.8 mm minimum hole size, both well within conventional fabrication ranges. Green solder mask, white silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free surface finish completed the requirements for this small prototype quantity.
Engineering review and material preparation were followed by circuit imaging and etching on the single side. Solder mask application preceded molten solder coating and hot air leveling to form the HASL Lead Free finish. The default stackup required no special impedance considerations, allowing the process to proceed directly from etching through to final coating.
Electrical testing confirmed continuity on every board before shipment. Production of the complete order took 1.6 days, yielding five functional boards that matched all specified parameters.
