For this aluminum PCB order, we manufactured a batch of 10 single boards with dimensions of 64 x 619 mm. These 1-layer boards feature a 1.0 mm thickness, 1 oz copper weight, and 1.0W thermal conductivity base, paired with a black soldermask, white silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free surface finish. The elongated shape and 1.5 mm minimum hole size influenced our approach to metal base preparation and thermal insulation lamination, ensuring even heat distribution and mechanical stability during processing.
Circuit imaging and etching were performed to the 10/10 mil specification, followed by solder mask application and molten solder coating with hot air leveling. Heat dissipation control steps were executed to preserve the material properties essential for high thermal performance. Each board was then subjected to electrical testing to validate the AC2500V voltage withstand rating.
Production concluded in 4.7 days, resulting in consistent units that aligned precisely with the required parameters. This execution highlights the practical considerations taken for aluminum PCBs in applications focused on reliable thermal management and durability.
