White solder mask application preceded the HASL Lead Free finish, achieved through molten solder coating and hot air leveling. Heat dissipation control measures were maintained throughout to prevent warping on the narrow, meter-long panels.

 

Electrical testing at completion confirmed consistent conductivity and voltage performance across all boards. The entire run was completed in 5.9 days, delivering panels that met the thermal and structural requirements of the application without deviation from specified tolerances.
