This order comprised 15 units of single-layer Aluminum PCBs measuring 64 × 619 mm with 1.0 mm total thickness. The boards were built on a 1.0W thermally conductive aluminum substrate using 1 oz copper, black soldermask, white silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free surface finish. Minimum hole size of 1.5 mm and 10/10 mil track spacing followed conventional parameters while meeting the AC2500V voltage withstand requirement, allowing the long, narrow profile to be processed without distortion.

 

Metal base preparation and thermal insulation lamination received focused attention to preserve heat dissipation performance and maintain circuit isolation. Circuit imaging, etching, solder mask application, molten solder coating, and hot air leveling were sequenced to keep each board flat across its 619 mm length. Heat dissipation control steps integrated during production ensured the aluminum core retained its designed thermal properties.

 

Final electrical testing confirmed consistent performance across the full batch. The complete manufacturing sequence from engineering review through to shipment was executed in 10.4 days, delivering Aluminum PCBs that reliably support thermal management in the intended application.
