For this order of 15 aluminum PCBs, production centered on large 1200 x 100 mm panels with a single copper layer on a 1.6 mm thick aluminum base offering 1.0W thermal conductivity. Specifications included 1 oz copper, conventional 10/10 mil minimum track and spacing, holes no smaller than 1.5 mm, white solder mask, black silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free surface finish.
