Manufacturing Summary

For this order of 15 aluminum PCBs, production centered on large 1200 x 100 mm panels with a single copper layer on a 1.6 mm thick aluminum base offering 1.0W thermal conductivity. Specifications included 1 oz copper, conventional 10/10 mil minimum track and spacing, holes no smaller than 1.5 mm, white solder mask, black silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free surface finish. The elongated panel design demanded specific metal base preparation and controlled thermal insulation lamination to preserve flatness and ensure the AC2500V voltage withstand rating.

 

During manufacturing, we performed circuit imaging and etching prior to laminating the dielectric layer, then applied solder mask and completed the hot air leveling process for uniform coating. Heat dissipation control was monitored closely to align with the board's intended thermal performance. All units underwent comprehensive electrical testing to confirm integrity.

 

The resulting boards demonstrated consistent quality with reliable heat transfer characteristics, successfully meeting the customer's requirements through the full 27.8-day production cycle.
