Single-layer construction with 1 oz copper, 10/10 mil track spacing, and 1.5 mm minimum holes followed standard geometries yet demanded careful registration during metal base preparation and circuit imaging to preserve flatness across the full length. Black soldermask and white silkscreen were applied prior to molten solder coating and hot air leveling, producing a uniform HASL Lead Free finish suitable for subsequent PCB assembly.
