Manufacturing Summary

We produced 25 pieces of 1-layer aluminum PCBs, each measuring 69.98 by 704.95 mm with 1.0 mm thickness and 1.0W thermal conductivity. These boards used 1oz copper with standard 10/10 mil track and spacing, minimum hole size of 1.5 mm, black soldermask, white silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free finish. The AC2500V voltage withstand requirement made thermal base preparation and dielectric lamination central to maintaining consistent heat transfer across the elongated panels.

 

Manufacturing began with aluminum substrate preparation and metal base processing, followed by circuit imaging, etching, and thermal insulation lamination to secure the dielectric layer. Solder mask application, molten solder coating, and hot air leveling were performed with attention to the narrow 70 mm width and 705 mm length to control flatness and coating thickness. Heat dissipation control steps were integrated throughout to match the material properties.

 

Electrical testing verified circuit continuity and isolation on every board, confirming that the completed aluminum PCBs delivered uniform thermal and electrical performance suited to their high-voltage application.
