These single-layer designs used a 1 mm thick aluminum substrate rated at 1.0W thermal conductivity, 1 oz copper, 10/10 mil track spacing, and 1.5 mm minimum holes. Black solder mask, white silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free finish were applied to boards rated for AC2500V voltage withstand, with the extended length requiring controlled handling to maintain flatness and thermal uniformity.

 

Metal base preparation and thermal insulation lamination formed the foundation, followed by circuit imaging and etching. Solder mask application preceded molten solder coating and hot air leveling to produce an even HASL Lead Free surface. Heat dissipation control measures were integrated at each thermal stage to protect the 1.0W material properties across the full board length.

 

Every board completed electrical testing and voltage verification without deviation. The 10.9-day schedule permitted methodical progression through all process steps, delivering consistent thermal and electrical performance matched to the order requirements.
