Manufacturing Summary

This order consisted of 1000 single-layer Aluminum PCBs produced in panel format with distinctive dimensions of 886 × 10 mm and 2 mm thickness. The boards used 1 oz copper, 10/10 mil track and spacing, 1.5 mm minimum holes, 1.0W thermal conductivity, and AC2500V withstand voltage. White soldermask and black silkscreen were applied over the aluminum substrate, with HASL Lead Free surface finish selected to balance cost, solderability, and thermal performance.

 

Manufacturing began with metal base preparation and circuit imaging followed by etching, thermal insulation lamination, and solder mask application. Hot air leveling after molten solder coating ensured a flat, uniform finish while heat dissipation parameters were monitored at each thermal stage. Batch AOI inspection and electrical testing verified trace integrity and isolation across all panels.

 

The full run was completed in 4.9 days, resulting in consistent Aluminum PCBs that met the specified thermal and high-voltage requirements without deviation.
