Manufacturing began with metal base preparation and circuit imaging followed by etching. Thermal insulation lamination was performed prior to solder mask application to protect the dielectric layer. HASL Lead Free surface finish was applied through molten solder coating and hot air leveling, producing a uniform coating suited to the large drill sizes. Heat dissipation control steps were integrated after lamination to preserve the 1.0 W thermal performance across the extended panel format.
The full sequence, completed in nine days, concluded with comprehensive electrical testing that confirmed voltage withstand and circuit integrity for every panel. The resulting aluminum PCBs delivered consistent thermal and electrical behavior exactly as specified for the intended application.
