Manufacturing Summary

For this order, we manufactured 15 single-layer aluminum PCBs measuring 65.02 by 634.49 mm. These boards feature a 1.0W thermal conductivity base, 1 oz copper foil, 1 mm thickness, 10/10 mil track and spacing, and large 1.5 mm holes. Specified with matte black soldermask, white silkscreen, lead-free HASL, and AC2500V voltage withstand, the long narrow format presented unique considerations for flatness and thermal layer uniformity during fabrication.

 

Manufacturing steps encompassed aluminum substrate preparation, imaging and etching of the circuit layer, lamination of the thermal dielectric, application of matte black solder mask, and hot air leveling to apply the lead-free finish. Heat dissipation performance was controlled throughout to ensure each board would perform as designed in power or LED applications. All units then underwent comprehensive electrical and voltage testing.

 

Completed within 3.5 days, the production delivered consistent results with every PCB meeting the specified requirements for both thermal and electrical reliability.
