This production run comprised 20 single-layer aluminum PCBs configured as long panels measuring 943 × 100 mm, with 1.6 mm thickness, 1 oz copper, and 1.0 W thermal conductivity. The design used standard 10/10 mil track spacing, minimum 1.5 mm holes, white soldermask, black silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free surface finish. Meeting the AC2500V voltage withstand requirement on an aluminum base demanded precise control of substrate flatness and dielectric layering to ensure reliable heat dissipation without compromising electrical isolation across the extended panel length.

 

We performed dedicated metal base preparation and thermal insulation lamination after circuit imaging and etching. Solder mask application, molten solder coating, and hot air leveling produced a uniform HASL Lead Free finish, while heat dissipation control steps protected material properties at every thermal stage. Comprehensive electrical testing verified voltage tolerance and circuit continuity on every panel.

 

The sequence yielded consistent thermal and electrical performance tailored to these aluminum PCB specifications, confirming dependable execution for heat-management applications.
