Standard 10/10 mil track and spacing were patterned on 1 oz copper through circuit imaging and etching. Matte black soldermask was applied followed by white silkscreen, after which molten solder coating and hot air leveling produced a uniform HASL Lead Free finish. These steps preserved the aluminum substrate's thermal properties while ensuring solderable surfaces suited to the board's power management function.

 

Electrical testing and heat dissipation control verified full specification compliance across the full batch. All processes from engineering review to final inspection were executed in 2.9 days, delivering consistent Aluminum PCBs that met the customer's voltage and thermal requirements without deviation.
