Manufacturing Summary

This production run involved 20 aluminum PCBs, each a single-layer board with dimensions of 674.1 mm by 18.5 mm and 1.6 mm overall thickness. Specified with 1 oz copper, 1.0W thermal conductivity, white solder mask, and HASL Lead Free finish, the boards featured 10/10 mil minimum track and spacing along with holes no smaller than 1.5 mm. The elongated form factor and AC2500V voltage withstand rating required particular attention to material selection and layer bonding for optimal thermal and electrical performance.

 

We prepared the metal base and applied thermal insulation lamination to establish reliable heat dissipation pathways. Circuit imaging and etching created the conductive pattern, after which solder mask was applied and molten solder coating with hot air leveling produced the final surface. Heat dissipation control was monitored at each relevant stage to preserve the 1.0W/mK characteristics.

 

Final electrical testing verified insulation integrity and circuit functionality across all units. The order was completed within 3.7 days, resulting in a consistent batch of aluminum PCBs meeting the specified thermal and high-voltage demands.
