This order comprised ten single-layer aluminum PCBs with an elongated profile of 662.1 × 18.5 mm, 1.6 mm thickness, 1 oz copper, and 1.0 W thermal conductivity. The narrow aspect ratio demanded careful metal base preparation and thermal insulation lamination to maintain flatness while delivering the required dielectric performance for AC2500V voltage withstand. Production followed a sequence of circuit imaging and etching for the 10/10 mil geometry, white solder mask application, and controlled heat dissipation steps tailored to the board’s linear form.

 

After solder mask curing, the boards received HASL Lead Free finish through molten solder coating and hot air leveling. With no silkscreen specified and minimum hole size of 1.5 mm, process complexity remained centered on thermal uniformity rather than fine features. These controls ensured the aluminum substrates preserved consistent conductivity and structural stability throughout fabrication.

 

All units completed electrical testing without deviation, confirming reliable thermal and electrical behavior. The entire run was executed in 2.2 days, delivering the ten aluminum PCBs to exact specification.
