Manufacturing Summary

Production of these five single-layer Aluminum PCBs focused on effective heat management for the 175 x 732 mm panels. The 1.6 mm thick boards incorporated a 1.0W thermal conductivity aluminum base with 1oz copper traces following a standard 10/10 mil geometry. White soldermask, black silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free finish completed the stackup, while the 1.5 mm minimum hole size and AC2500V withstand voltage guided material selection and processing parameters.

 

We prepared the metal base and performed thermal insulation lamination to secure the dielectric layer to the aluminum substrate without compromising thermal transfer. Circuit imaging and etching created the required pattern, followed by solder mask application and hot air leveling to form a uniform surface. Heat dissipation control was maintained at each stage to preserve the specified conductivity.

 

All panels passed electrical testing, confirming reliable performance. The order was completed in 2.3 days, delivering consistent boards suited to their thermal demands.
