This batch consisted of 25 single-layer flexible PCBs measuring 25.83 × 65.93 mm with an overall thickness of 0.13 mm. Built on polyimide with rolled copper and 1 oz conductors, the boards used standard 6/6 mil geometry, minimum 0.3 mm holes, yellow soldermask, white silkscreen, and PI stiffeners in selected areas. Immersion gold ENIG surface finish was applied to ensure stable pad surfaces for assembly while preserving the circuit’s inherent flexibility.

Material preparation emphasized careful polyimide handling to avoid creases or particulate contamination. The process sequence included circuit imaging and etching, coverlay lamination, solder mask application, electroless nickel deposition, and immersion gold deposition. Dynamic flex testing validated bending endurance under the intended conditions, followed by full electrical testing that confirmed net integrity across all 25 boards. The order was completed in 8.5 days with consistent dimensional and electrical results.
