Manufacturing Summary

This 2-layer FR-4 board measured 211.93 × 582.3 mm with 1.6 mm thickness, TG150 material, and 1 oz copper on both sides. Produced as 15 pieces with a 1×1 panel configuration, the order used lead-free HASL surface finish, matte black solder mask, and white silkscreen. Line/space remained at standard 6 mil with 0.3 mm minimum holes, and the 13-day schedule included 100% flying probe testing together with routing separation.

 

DFM review focused on mechanical and documentation details. Connection ribs in the original data lacked stamp holes, which could complicate clean depanelization; standard mouse bites were reviewed for addition. Production numbering and date codes were required but no placement location was specified, so a suitable area was selected after confirmation. Multiple pads approached the board outline too closely, creating a risk of exposed copper after mechanical routing.

 

Clearance adjustments and panel tab modifications were implemented prior to production. The long-format boards achieved consistent lead-free HASL coverage and controlled edge quality within the planned timeline. Full electrical test reports and quality certificates accompanied the shipment, confirming the panels met the specified dimensional and electrical requirements.
