Manufacturing Summary

This 4-layer FR-4 board measured 427.5 × 316.4 mm with 1.6 mm thickness, TG150 material, and copper weights of 1 oz inner / 2 oz outer. Produced as 75 pieces with lead-free HASL finish, the design used 6 mil line/space, cold white solder mask, and black silkscreen. Customer requirements specified IPC Class 3 construction together with a panel chamfer and precision routing for the large outline.

 

DFM review confirmed the stackup against available materials and addressed several mechanical details. Bridge connection tabs lacked stamp holes in the original data, so standard stamp holes were added to improve panel separation reliability. Gold finger regions had no solder mask openings defined and required confirmation of windowing. Outline processing was aligned to precision routing rather than standard methods to meet the Class 3 edge quality expectation.

 

All clarifications were implemented before release. The large-format boards were completed within the 13-day schedule with consistent HASL coverage and Class 3 edge finish. Engineering test fixtures verified electrical performance, and the shipment included full test reports, quality certificates, and outgoing inspection documentation.
