These five standard 4-layer FR4 PCBs were produced as individual boards measuring 65 × 100 mm with 1.6 mm thickness and 1 oz copper weight. The design used conventional 6/6 mil trace and spacing together with 0.5 mm minimum hole size, green soldermask, and white silkscreen. HASL Lead Free surface finish was applied to deliver consistent solderability for standard assembly processes.
Manufacturing began with engineering review and material preparation, followed by inner layer imaging, circuit etching, layer stack alignment, and high pressure lamination.
