Manufacturing Summary

This order involved production of a standard 4-layer FR4 PCB arranged in panels. Ten boards were fabricated to dimensions of 103.68 x 69.19 mm, using 1.6 mm thickness and 1 oz copper weight. With 6/6 mil track and spacing and 0.25 mm minimum hole size, the design followed conventional geometry. Manufacturing proceeded from engineering review and material preparation through inner layer imaging, etching, stack alignment, and high pressure lamination.

 

Green solder mask and white silkscreen were applied prior to creating the HASL Lead Free finish through molten solder coating and hot air leveling. This surface treatment provided reliable solderability for subsequent assembly. Electrical testing of the completed panels verified continuity and isolation, confirming adherence to specifications within the 2.4-day production window.

 

The resulting standard 4-layer FR4 PCB panels exhibited consistent interlayer registration and uniform finish characteristics. Execution of the default stackup delivered dependable boards suited for general electronic applications requiring solid multilayer performance without impedance control or blind vias.
