Manufacturing Summary

This order involved production of five individual 2-layer FR4 PCBs, each measuring 58.4 by 116.29 mm with standard 1.6 mm thickness and 1 oz copper weight. The design specified 6/6 mil minimum track and spacing along with 0.3 mm minimum hole size, fitting conventional parameters that required no blind vias or impedance control. Green soldermask, white silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free surface finish were applied to match the default stackup exactly.

 

We completed an engineering review and material preparation, then performed circuit imaging and etching to define the copper patterns. Solder mask application was followed by molten solder coating and hot air leveling to produce a uniform HASL Lead Free coating. Electrical testing at the end verified continuity and isolation across all five boards. The full manufacturing sequence took 1.9 days.

 

Execution stayed aligned with the provided specifications throughout, resulting in consistent board geometry and surface quality suitable for standard assembly.
