This order consisted of five individual 2-layer FR4 PCBs measuring 168 × 107 mm on standard 1.6 mm thickness with 1 oz copper. The design used conventional 6/6 mil trace and spacing together with 0.3 mm minimum holes, green solder mask, white silkscreen, and leaded HASL surface finish. Because the boards were built as single units rather than a panel and carried no impedance or blind via requirements, the fabrication sequence remained direct while still observing exact stackup and registration tolerances.
We performed engineering review, material preparation, circuit imaging and etching, solder mask application, molten solder coating, and hot air leveling in succession. All five boards then completed 100 % electrical testing. The entire run was finished in 1.3 days, confirming that standard-geometry double-side boards with leaded HASL can be produced quickly and repeatably when process parameters are held steady.
Outcome data showed uniform copper etch, even solder coating thickness, and clean mask registration across the batch. These results provide customers with predictable solderability and long-term reliability for this modest-quantity, conventional-specification run.
