This order consisted of 10 standard 4-layer FR4 PCBs, each measuring 43.7 x 67 mm and built to a 1.6 mm thickness with 1 oz copper layers. The design called for 6/6 mil minimum track and spacing, 0.2 mm holes, green soldermask, white silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free finish. Without requirements for blind vias or impedance control, the build adhered to conventional multilayer parameters and a standard stackup.
We conducted a full engineering review prior to material preparation, inner layer imaging, and circuit etching. Layer registration received close attention during stack alignment and high pressure lamination. Subsequent steps included solder mask application, then molten solder coating and hot air leveling to produce a consistent lead-free HASL surface.
Final electrical testing confirmed that all boards met performance criteria. The production wrapped up in 3.1 days, providing the customer with dependable boards manufactured to their exact specifications.
