2 Layer FR4 PCB Production Record #FR4-20260907-001

This production record covers 30 pieces of 2-layer FR4 PCBs sized at 90 x 40 mm, built to a standard 1.6 mm thickness with 1 oz copper. The specifications called for 6/6 mil track and spacing along with 0.25 mm minimum hole size, which fall within conventional tolerances for this type of board. We conducted an engineering review and prepared the core materials before moving into circuit imaging and etching to accurately define the copper patterns.

Green solder mask was applied uniformly, complemented by white silkscreen markings. The HASL Lead Free finish was achieved through controlled molten solder coating and hot air leveling, delivering a flat, solderable surface appropriate for standard assembly processes. Since the order did not require impedance control or advanced via structures, the manufacturing proceeded efficiently without additional complexity.

Electrical testing of the completed boards verified full functionality across the entire quantity. Produced in two days, this run illustrates effective handling of a modest-volume order using proven methods for reliable 2-layer FR4 PCB fabrication with HASL Lead Free surface treatment.
