Hi AIVON Team, Thank you for following up. I received order GP8288 successfully and have now also completed the initial testing. Everything is working properly so far. This was a relatively complex rigid-flex prototype, including an 8-layer rigid section, 3-layer flex section, controlled-impedance high-speed differential routing, and specific mechanical requirements for the flex and contact areas. I especially appreciated the engineering support before fabrication. Your team worked with me through several EQ reviews to optimize the rigid-flex stack-up, materials and manufacturing details, and also recalculated the 50-ohm single-ended and 100-ohm differential controlled-impedance traces based on the final production stack-up. The finished boards look very good. The rigid-flex transition, flex section, contact area, solder mask/coverlay, PCB fabrication and assembly quality are all clean and well finished. More importantly, I have now installed one of the assembled boards on our FPGA evaluation platform and performed the initial bring-up and testing. So far, the board is operating as expected and I have not found any fabrication or assembly issues. I have attached several photos showing the fabricated boards, assembled boards, rigid-flex construction, and the board during actual bench testing. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the engineering communication and the final manufacturing quality.
