File Audit Failed
If your order does not pass the audit, please follow these steps:
1. Check Your Shopping Cart
In your cart, locate the order labeled “Audit Failed” (indicated by an exclamation mark ⚠).
Hover over the alert to view the reason for the audit failure.
2. Correct Your Files or Parameters

If the issue is related to your file, click the prompt to re-upload the corrected file directly.

If you need to modify order parameters, please contact your sales representative for assistance.
You can also email service@aivon.com, and your assigned representative will respond promptly to help resolve the issue.
After File Audit
Once your order has passed the audit, you have two convenient options:
1. Contact Your Sales Representative
You can find your representative’s contact details in the upper right corner of your AIVON account homepage.
Reach out to them directly if you wish to adjust order parameters or discuss any specific requirements.
2. Live Chat Assistance
Use the Live Chat feature on the AIVON website (bottom right corner) for real-time support.
