1. Are AIVON’s PCBs RoHS and REACH compliant?
Yes.
AIVON supplies PCB products manufactured using materials and surface finishes that have been tested by SGS and confirmed to comply with:
● EU RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863, restricting hazardous substances such as Lead, Mercury, and Cadmium
● REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, including SVHC screening against the 251 substances listed by ECHA as of Nov 5, 2025
Compliance applies to commonly used surface finishes, including OSP, Lead-free HASL, and Immersion Gold (ENIG).
2. Can I download the SGS RoHS and REACH test reports?
Yes.
AIVON provides access to the latest SGS test reports for each supported surface finish.

3. How do I ensure my PCB order is covered by these SGS reports?
For standard PCB orders, AIVON uses lead-free and RoHS-compliant materials by default.
● When requesting a quote, select OSP, Lead-free HASL, or Immersion Gold as the surface finish
● These surface finishes are covered by the SGS RoHS and REACH reports listed above
● No additional request is required for standard compliance

4. Can AIVON provide a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) for my order?
Yes.
If you require a Certificate of Compliance (CoC) referencing your specific order and confirming RoHS/REACH compliance:
1. Add the note “CoC for RoHS/REACH required” in the Order Remark field during checkout
2. AIVON’s quality team will prepare the CoC and provide it with the shipment or upload it to your order records
5. Are SGS RoHS and REACH reports certifications?
No.
SGS RoHS and REACH documents are product-level compliance test reports, not factory or management system certifications.
They confirm that:
● Representative PCB samples
● Tested at a specific time
● Meet applicable RoHS and REACH regulatory requirements
