What should I do if my payment fails?

PayPal Payment

If you made your payment via PayPal, please contact your AIVON sales representative and provide your transaction number for verification and assistance.


Wire Transfer Payment

If you paid through bank transfer, please confirm that your payment has been successfully processed by your bank.
Send your bank remittance slip to your AIVON customer service representative for confirmation.
If your order status does not update within 3–5 working days, please contact us for support.
