Yes. AIVON accepts customer-supplied parts for kitted / consigned assembly, and also supports partial turnkey when you supply the key components and we source the rest.
To keep incoming inspection and SMT/DIP loading on schedule, please follow these guidelines:
1. Shipping and customs
You are responsible for shipping the components to AIVON and for any related freight, insurance, and customs charges.
2. Packaging
Pack SMD and through-hole parts in tube, tape, tray, or reel so they can go onto our assembly equipment. Loose bulk packing is not recommended and may delay production.
3. Labeling
Label each bag or reel clearly with:
- Component designator (as shown in the BOM)
- AIVON order number
- Manufacturer part number
- Quantity
4. Extra quantity
Send a small surplus of each part. Extra pieces cover attrition from handling, first-article setup, and possible damage in transit, and help avoid a mid-build stop.
5. After you ship
Send your dedicated sales representative:
- The tracking / waybill number
- A packing list that matches the BOM (designator, MPN, quantity per line)
Assembly lead time starts after the PCB, complete files (Gerber, BOM, PNP), and all consigned parts have arrived and passed incoming check.
If any line is missing, mislabeled, or not machine-ready, your engineer will contact you before the job is released to the line.
