This production run comprised 30 single-layer aluminum PCBs fabricated as long panels measuring 1015 × 220 mm with 1.6 mm thickness and 1.0W thermal conductivity. Material preparation and metal base preparation steps focused on maintaining flatness across the extended length, followed by thermal insulation lamination to balance heat dissipation with the required AC2500V voltage withstand capability. Circuit imaging and etching produced straightforward 1oz copper traces at a conventional 10/10 mil track spacing and 1.5 mm minimum hole size.

 

High reflectivity white soldermask was applied to maximize light output, paired with black silkscreen for contrast. The HASL Lead Free surface finish was formed through molten solder coating and hot air leveling, delivering uniform coating on the large panel surfaces without bridging. Heat dissipation control measures during lamination and subsequent processing preserved the aluminum substrate properties essential for reliable thermal performance.

 

Electrical testing after 23.6 days of production verified consistent electrical and thermal characteristics across all boards. The sequence from engineering review through final inspection ensured the panels met the dimensional, optical, and isolation demands of this specific aluminum PCB order.
