This order comprised 15 single-layer aluminum PCBs measuring 65 × 633 mm with 1.0 mm thickness and 1 oz copper. The elongated boards were fabricated on aluminum substrate rated for 1.0W thermal conductivity, supporting heat dissipation in applications requiring AC2500V voltage withstand. Minimum hole size of 1.5 mm and 10/10 mil track spacing represented standard geometry, while the long aspect ratio required controlled handling during lamination to maintain flatness. Manufacturing began with metal base preparation and circuit imaging followed by etching. Thermal insulation lamination bonded the dielectric layer to the aluminum core, after which solder mask was applied. HASL Lead Free surface finish was produced via molten solder coating and hot air leveling, preserving the thermal path. Heat dissipation control steps were maintained throughout to limit bow and twist on the narrow, extended panels.
All 15 boards passed electrical testing for insulation integrity and continuity. The complete production sequence, including engineering review and final verification, took 3.6 days and delivered consistent dimensional stability and thermal performance matching the specified requirements.
