Material preparation focused on the aluminum substrate, followed by metal base preparation and thermal insulation lamination to secure the circuit layer without compromising heat transfer. Circuit imaging and etching were performed using parameters matched to the standard geometry, after which solder mask application, molten solder coating, and hot air leveling produced an even HASL Lead Free surface. Heat dissipation control steps were applied throughout to prevent warping on the extended panels.

 

Electrical testing confirmed that all panels met the required voltage withstand and thermal performance criteria. The full production sequence was completed in 5.5 days, yielding boards that provide reliable heat management and dimensional stability for the intended application.
