Manufacturing Summary

These 15 single-layer aluminum PCBs measured 645 × 18.5 mm with 1.6 mm thickness and 1.0 W thermal conductivity. The design used 1 oz copper at a standard 10/10 mil track and spacing, white solder mask with no silkscreen, 1.5 mm minimum hole size, and HASL Lead Free finish. AC2500V voltage withstand rating and the elongated narrow profile required specific attention to thermal insulation and flatness during lamination.

 

We performed metal base preparation, circuit imaging and etching, followed by thermal insulation lamination to maintain consistent heat dissipation properties. Solder mask application, molten solder coating, and hot air leveling were executed with controlled parameters to meet the high-voltage specification. Heat dissipation controls were verified at each stage before final electrical testing.

 

The complete run finished in 3.7 days, producing boards that delivered stable thermal and electrical performance matching all specified requirements.
