Manufacturing Summary

For this aluminum PCB order, we manufactured a small quantity of 10 boards featuring a distinctive long and narrow profile of 651.1 x 18.5 mm. The single-layer design incorporated a 1.6 mm thick aluminum base with 1.0W thermal conductivity, demanding precise material preparation and thermal insulation lamination to support effective heat dissipation. Processes were adapted to the board's elongated shape to prevent warping during production.

 

The circuit pattern utilized a conventional 10/10 mil track spacing with 1oz copper foil and large minimum hole sizes of 1.5 mm. Application of white soldermask without silkscreen, combined with HASL Lead Free surface finish, provided the necessary protection and connectivity. Engineering controls ensured compliance with the AC2500V voltage withstand specification, critical for reliable operation in high-voltage environments.

 

Production concluded successfully after 2.2 days, with comprehensive electrical testing and heat dissipation validation confirming all parameters were met. The resulting boards offer dependable thermal management performance tailored to the customer's requirements.
