This production run delivered five aluminum PCB panels measuring 242 x 624 mm, constructed at 1.6 mm thickness with 2.0W thermal conductivity. The single layer design used 1 oz copper and followed a conventional 10/10 mil track and spacing specification, with minimum hole sizes of 1.5 mm. High reflectivity white soldermask paired with black silkscreen and HASL Lead Free finish supported the thermal and optical requirements, along with AC2500V voltage withstand.
Manufacturing steps included metal base preparation, circuit imaging and etching, and thermal insulation lamination to ensure effective heat transfer to the aluminum core. The high reflectivity white solder mask was applied prior to the molten solder coating and hot air leveling that produced the uniform HASL Lead Free surface. Heat dissipation control was maintained throughout these processes.
All five panels passed electrical testing, demonstrating consistent quality and reliable dielectric performance. The order was completed in 4.4 days.
